Royal Retreats Maroc (referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a luxury travel agency based in Morocco that offers bespoke travel experiences, including guided tours, accommodations, concierge services, and other related services.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all interactions with Royal Retreats Maroc and any booking made through our website, by phone, or via any other communication channels.
2. Booking and Reservations
- Booking Process: To make a booking, you must provide us with accurate personal details, including your full name, contact information, travel dates, preferences, and any other necessary information for the services you wish to book.
- Confirmation: Once your booking request is received, you will receive a confirmation email or message from us detailing your itinerary and services. A formal contract is considered valid once you receive this confirmation.
- Payment: A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Full payment is typically due before your trip begins, or as specified in the booking confirmation. Payment can be made through accepted payment methods, including credit/debit cards or wire transfer.
- Currency: All payments are made in the local currency (Moroccan Dirham, MAD), unless otherwise specified in your booking.
3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation by You: If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. The cancellation policy varies depending on the specific service or package. The following general guidelines apply:
- Cancellation within 30 days of arrival: Full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or fees.
- Cancellation within 14 days of arrival: 50% refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or fees.
- Cancellation within 7 days of arrival: No refund.

Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or change your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (such as a natural disaster, political unrest, or other external factors), we will provide you with a full refund or the option to reschedule your booking. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to cancellations or changes.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for cancellations or delays due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics.
4. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover any potential risks, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, or other unforeseen events. Royal Retreats Maroc is not responsible for any costs associated with such incidents.
5. Changes to Your Booking
- Changes by You: If you wish to modify your booking (e.g., changing travel dates, activities, or accommodations), we will do our best to accommodate the changes. However, modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
- Changes by Us: In some cases, due to availability or circumstances beyond our control, we may need to modify your itinerary or accommodations. We will inform you of any changes as soon as possible and provide alternative options of equal or greater value.
6. Pricing and Taxes
- Prices: All prices are quoted in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), unless otherwise stated. Prices may be subject to change due to currency fluctuations, changes in service costs, or other factors outside of our control. We will inform you of any price changes before your booking is finalized.
- Taxes and Fees: All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges unless otherwise stated. Any additional charges, such as airport taxes, tips, or extra services not included in your booking, are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Responsibility
- Your Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that you and your travel companions have valid passports, visas, and any necessary documentation for your trip to Morocco. You are also responsible for your behavior during the trip and agree to comply with all local laws and regulations.
- Royal Retreats Maroc’s Responsibility: We are responsible for providing the services outlined in your booking confirmation. We aim to ensure that your experience is as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. However, we are not liable for any delays, injuries, damages, or loss of property incurred during the trip that are outside of our direct control.
8. Health and Safety
You must inform us of any health conditions or special needs that may require assistance or accommodations during your trip. It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically fit for the activities you plan to engage in. We recommend consulting with your doctor before embarking on any physically demanding activities such as hiking, trekking, or diving.
9. Privacy and Data Protection

By making a booking, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Photography and Marketing

11. Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with your booking or these terms shall be resolved amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts.

- Royal Retreats Maroc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, personal injury, or loss of property.
- Our liability is limited to the total value of the booking or service provided.
